Camp sites

Hers is a campground located in Minami Oguni, Aso-gun, Kumamoto Prefecture.
About 30 years ago, a lot of cedar trees fell down by the strong typhoon along the mountain slope. Since then , Gonbe has been building this campground slowly and steadily.

There are some types of camping site, which are auto camp sites with a view that takes advantage of the mountain slope, dome tents that can protect from rain and cold wind, and bungalows and mini logs that can stay even lightly. Please spend a quiet time while surrounding a bonfire under the starry sky.

Dome sites

There are dome sites on No. 1-12 which can cope with all type of weather. Not just a vinyl house. There is enough space to stay for putting a tent . You don’t have to twithdraw the tent even if it rains or snowes. You can stay warm and secure on windy days and cold winter days.

Next to reception office , there are 4 dome tents.

Beyond the top square, it’s located one step down with good view.

Next to the cedar forest. The western side is open so you can see the sunset beautifully.

No.8〜9
These sites are arranged like rice terraces. The width of the entrance is a bit narrow , but there is enough space for parking. They are vertically long sites. Private sink is available. （90m to lavatory）

Site just below No9. This is the third stage of the rice terraces.

This site is arranged like rice terraces. In front of you, the pony's square is across the street.

A site next to Kusunping Plaza. There is no view, but it is rarely exposed to strong winds.

C1
This is the valley side of the top square. Sometimes the wind running up the mountain slope is strong, but the view is excellent.

This is a site one step lower than the top site area.
